Q. What is your application process?

A. Findigs processes all applications. Findigs usually finishes checking applications in a day, but sometimes it takes longer if Findigs doesn’t get all the right documents or struggle to contact your past landlords or employers.

To make things go faster, make sure you fill out the application completely and give Findigs all the papers needed. Also, give a heads-up to your old landlord and references/employer that Findigs will be calling to check what you told us. Thanks for helping us speed things up!

Q. Who must apply?

A. Each person over the of 18 who will occupy the property must submit a complete application and pay the non-refundable application fee of $35

Q. How long does it take for my application to be processed?

A. It takes 2-3 working business days for processing Notification upon approval Move-in within 14 days of approval date

Q. How long is my approved application valid for?

A. Approved Applications are valid for 30 days

Q. How long does the ENTIRE process take?

Q. What happens if I don't sign my lease on time?

A. If the lease is not signed within the allotted time Xclusive Properties Management, LLC will withdraw approval and will process the next application received or consider any other approved applications.

Q. My application was approved. What happens next?

A. Your security and/or holding deposit is due immediately and is required to secure the property (and remove from market)

Q. I've just signed my lease. What happens next?

A. Prior to moving into a property, Xclusive Properties Management onboards each new tenant with a number of systems to make renting easy: online payment portal, maintenance portal, setting up resident benefit package.
