Our goal is to maximize the return on your investment. When multiple properties are being managed by Xclusive Property Management, the entire portfolio will be taken into account. Any bulk savings will be made available to you, the owner, on an individual basis. We want your property management experience to be a great one – so great that you are encouraged to grow your portfolio. In return, we want to reward you for that.

It is our policy that a minimum balance (owner reserve) is available for each property in the amount of $250. This reserve will cover the cost of maintenance requests made by tenants and is completed by our maintenance staff when rent credit is unavailable. In the event that a maintenance/repair will exceed the amount of the reserve (ex: new hot water heater, new AC unit, etc.), you will be contacted, and we will determine how to proceed in a timely manner.
