As a prospective tenant, we can help you through the process of finding and applying for the home of your dreams. Once you are a resident, we have a suite of tools to make your rental experience the best it can be.

The following step-by-step list will assist you in maximizing the effectiveness of your search for a new home.

Step 1: Visit our properties page daily and view properties that interest you.

Step 2: Identify properties of interest and drive by each home to see the neighborhood, etc.

Step 3: Review rental qualifications to make sure you meet qualification criteria.

Step 4: If qualified, schedule a showing of the property.

Step 5: Pay the Reservation Fee (usually the same amount as security deposit) to the office staff.

Step 6: Complete the online application, pay the application fee, and provide supporting documents.
